Little Spruce Baking Co. is Hiring a Morning Bread Baker!

Come and join our baking team at Little Spruce Baking Co.!

We are a wholesale bakery, owned and operated by Big Tree Hospitality, just 20 minutes outside of Portland in the Pepperell Mill campus in Biddeford.

We provide bread and breakfast pastries to restaurants and markets all over Southern Maine. From Sourdough Breads, Croissants, Cookies and Scones, we do it all!

We are currently hiring for a production bread baker. The shift would begin at 6am and include mixing, shaping and baking bread for our many wholesale clients. Earlier shifts available.

Our ideal candidate:

• Will be hard working, great at multi-tasking, detail oriented, curious and creative
• Will have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills
• Will work well in a team but is also willing and able to work independently
• Experience with breads and baking is preferred. The job would include mixing and shaping dough as well as baking.
